So much eye
candy, so much Horsepower and Torque under one roof, the 39th Annual
Cavalcade of Customs was delicious as always, hope to see you all there
again next year, forget about the 7
or 8 degrees outside, once inside, you could begin to feel the
sculpted metal and the insides of those "Blown Hemi's", talk about the
heat.
As
could and forever should be expected, the CCS continues to grow in
numbers of participants, and paid attendees alike, who could think that
so many of us Distinguished Car Nuts are actually all located so close
to one another so as to have such an awesome turn-out, I was really
impressed and once inside the building, I felt right-at-home.
So,
what kind of cars would you like? Great question!
The CCC's show had a Lot of Everything, for Everybody, let's take a peek just in case the cold weather kept your GTO from starting and therefore you didn't make it, and your Buddie's "396" Chevelle was in the fab shop getting some new upper and lower control arms installed for the Spring Cruises coming up soon enough... Hot Rods, some all Metal cars, some all Fiberglass cars and some with a bit of both, Coupes, Cabriolets, Sedans, 2 and 4 Doors and Pick-ups, Man, the Pickups are really pickin-up, can't believe the numbers of cool custom Trucks we're seeing out there lately, "Keep on Truckin' y'all.

In
closing out I'd like to respect all the venues that helped make the
39th Annual Cavalcade of Customs Car Show. It was awesome ! I enjoyed
all the Dragsters that turned out, and
the front Engined Indy Roadsters from another era, they were great and
really took me back to my boyhood days, when I would listen to the
Indianapolis 500 on the radio, it was fun to be near these beauties,
and to meet all the great people that came to the show, whether as an
exhibitor or an enthusiast, great to meet you all, and to you
Rat-Rodders, keep your Patina shining and your tank filled with Aviation
Fuel, So Long for Now, be back soon to share INSIGNIA's visit to
Scottsdale, AZ for the Auctions of Beautiful Automotive Art!
